Prerequisite: Sign in with an account that has access to the area shown in the tutorial.
- Open the Content Tree
Open Content → Content Tree. The tree contains folders and pages for the active language. - Search for the page
Use search or the folder hierarchy until the required page is unambiguous by title and permalink. - Expand its folder
Expand only the necessary folder path so that large content inventories remain manageable. - Select the page
Select the page and verify its title, status, folder, and position in the detail view. - Check the language status
Check whether a language sibling exists and confirm that you are editing the intended German or English page. - Run the intended action
Run edit, move, activate, or delete only after these checks, then inspect the tree again.
Checkpoint: After the final step, reload the target page and confirm that the expected state remains active.
Common errors: If a control or record is missing, first check permissions, the active language, filters and whether the preceding step was saved.
